An active Koydo family subscription unlocks in-product conversations. Existing threads remain readable if a subscription ends. Tutors remain free to accept or reject every inquiry.
The tutor sets the rate, hours, teaching terms, and payment method. Koydo does not collect, hold, refund, or pay out the lesson money.
Koydo earns from its own products: tutor-workspace subscriptions, learner and family subscriptions, and mobile in-app purchases. Approved education programs may buy eligible Koydo-owned learning subscriptions or software through the program's approved vendor channel. None of those purchases is a tutor lesson payment.
Tutors also pay for required identity and background screening through secure web Stripe checkout at the provider service cost plus 20%. Buying a screen does not guarantee clearance or improve ranking.
